Lauren began dancing when she was 3 years old. She trained at a local dance school, participating in annual shows and completing ISTD exams in Ballet, Tap and Modern. Along side this she was also a member of the New Stagers at the Bob Hope Theatre, winning the Molly Haffenden award in 2007 For most outstanding junior.
At the age of 16 Lauren began training at The Miskin Theatre. Here she completed her Advanced Acting and Physical Theatre BTEC and her PDC HND year in Dance.
In March 2013 she became a qualified gymnastics instructor with British Gymnastics. In March 2016 Lauren completed her Exercise to Music course becoming a qualified fitness instructor. Lauren has continued to gain new qualifications and skills over the years and now also holds certificates in Supple Strength and Circuits.
Lauren has been an active member of Eldorado Musical Productions for the last 6 years, she has appeared in many shows with them including Whistle down the Wind, Our House, Mack & Mabel & 9-5, she has also choreographed for the society, including Mack & Mabel & Thoroughly Modern Millie.
Dancing Through Life Performing Arts was founded in April 2015, it began with a Musical Theatre after school club, since then we have added our Dance Tots, Aerobic Fitness & Supple Strength classes. These classes are held in Crayford, Blackheath & Blackfen.
